Tullow Oil plc (LON:TLW) has increased its footprint offshore Côte d'Ivoire, landing four new licences spanning 5,035 square kilometres.

The new acreage has been described as being located in a proven petroleum system, evidenced by multiple oil seeps and past production from the Eboinda Oil Sands and is expected to complement Tullow’s existing exploration portfolio.
